You can request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

• Proof of purchase is required.

• For hygiene reasons, used bedding items cannot be returned.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email. Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
